DEPAR RENT A CAR'S HIRE TERMS
Minimum rental period is one day (24 hours). Short- term rentals are charged with 24 hours. For leasing credit card is required. There is no leasing for people without a credit card.
DRIVER LICENCE AND RENTAL AGE
To hire a car from the 'group economic cars', you have to be in possession of a license that is valid for at least two years and must be at least 25 years old.
To hire a car from the 'group average cars', you have to be in possession of a license that is valid for at least 3 years and must be at least 27 years old.
For the 'group luxury cars', one must be in possession of a license that is valid for at least five years and must be at least 29 years old.
ADDITIONAL DRIVER
By booking your car, an additional driver can be specified (maximum 2 persons), this can be used as the driving data of the additional driver is listed on the rental agreement. If you don't do this or in case of accident all the insurance will be void. The main driver and the additional driver will be each held responsible.
PICK-UP AND DROP-OFF THE CARS
Pick-up and drop-off the vehicles in cities, airports and in hotels in the city center is free. Pick up and drop off the cars in city offices, airports and hotels outside the city where the car is, will be charged according to the distance.
Delivery and pick up is free of charge at Adana Airport between 07:00 and 01.00
Delivery or pick up fee at the airport between 01:00 and 07:00is 100 TL.
This fee is not charged for 10 days or more rentals.
LATE DELIVERY OF THE CAR
Late deliveries, up to 3 hours, per hour 1/3 of the rental price will be calculated. If it exceeds 3 hours, a day extra rent will be calculated.
ONE WAY RENTAL
If you want to drop your car off in a different location than you picked it up, One way fare will be taken. One way fare varies according to the distance of the pick up place.
PAYMENT
The total amount of the leased vehicle will be charged at the begin of the contract in cash or by credit card. Payment can be done by Visa, Mastercard and credit cards valid in Turkey. Depar Rent a Car reserves the right to not deliver the car if he deems it necessary, even if the carrental is already paid. Depar can cancel the reservation by repayment.
INSURANCE
In case of car rental damage, so that the insurance will be valid, driver should not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, must not be exceeded the legal speed limit on the use of cars, without moving the vehicle during the accident scene, he is required to dispose the traffic police seizure and alcohol inspection report. Also in case that the renter is 100% faulty on the report of the accident, insurance does not apply. Loss of vehicle license or car keys will not covered by insurance, the renter is responsible for paying the costs.
TRAFFIC FINES
Any liability arising from failure to follow traffic laws and fines belong to the renter. All traffic fines, parking charges and toll that's recorded on the vehicles and license plates between the rental start date, time and the exacte date, time of departure belongs to the renter.
